Excellent customer service is our goal whether you are buying, selling, investing in rental property or renting a home for the week, month or year in beautiful Naples Florida. We have been married for 30 years and for the last 26 years have worked as a team.

For the last twenty years we have enjoyed Naples Florida and have watched it grow into the beautiful paradise it is today.  We have held our Florida real estate licenses since 1994 and continually improve our skills and ways of doing business.  Chris became a Broker Associate in July 2004 and is currently working on her Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation and also the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation which will help with both the sales and rental portion of our business.  Both of us have earned the TRC (Transnational Referral Certification) which enables us to work with clients and real estate agents from around the world and help with their real estate needs.

Both of us are members of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  Last November we attended the National Association convention in New Orleans.  ReMax International also holds an annual convention and we attended this years convention in the beautiful city of Atlanta Georgia.  At all our conventions we learn about the latest technologies that will allow us to do everything we have always done much more quickly and efficiently.  Also, we learn many new techniques and ideas that enable us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

Chris belongs to the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) and we both belong to Florida Association of Property Managers (FARPM).  We attend both association conventions to improve our skills and knowledge in the property management field.

We began our property management career in February 2003 and have managed up to 400 annual and seasonal properties. During our career we have gained a great deal of experience and have put together a high-quality professional network of people who assist us in giving excellent service to our owners, annual residents and seasonal guests.  We understand the need to purchase the investment property that will return the greatest amount of rental income and help our investors make the correct decision when purchasing their property.
